Med / Surg LPN Job Details – Springdale, AR

Job Title : Travel Med / Surg LPN – Inpatient Rehab

Location : Springdale, Arkansas 72764

Shift : Night Shift (6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM)

Shift Duration : 12-hour shifts

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Hours per Week : 36

Start Date : November 24, 2025

Employment Type : Travel Nursing – On-Site

Estimated Weekly Salary : $840–$900

LPN Qualifications and Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Arkansas or compact state (required)

BLS certification (required)

Minimum 2 years of recent hospital Med / Surg nursing experience

Experience in therapy recovery and inpatient rehabilitation preferred

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities for Med / Surg LPN

Deliver direct patient care in a medical-surgical and inpatient rehab environment under RN supervision

Conduct physical assessments, collect patient data, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Administer medications and perform peripheral IV therapy

Implement physician orders and maintain accurate documentation

Participate in discharge planning and provide patient education

Delegate tasks and supervise assigned healthcare personnel

Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing professional development

Support therapy recovery and rehabilitation goals for patients
