Lead Customer Solutions Development Consultant collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new customer solutions for existing and new commercial and industrial customers. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, this role identifies and promotes the development of dynamic new customer solutions through effective collaboration, team building, problem solving, innovative thinking, and with a steadfast focus on a positive customer experience. This position will collaborate with internal regulatory, legal, and public affairs teams on local, state, and / or federal policy regarding the development of a particular customer solutions. This position will help drive the creation and development of new dynamic solutions to meet the needs of commercial and industrial customers throughout Alliant Energy's service territory in Iowa and Wisconsin.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Required Experience :
7 years of professional experience + 3 years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, change management, or project implementation

Pay Range : $115,000 - $150,000
This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity, and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
