We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Accounting Manager who is eager to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead and manage all accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and month-end close processes.

This role involves working closely with the upper management to create forecasting models, oversee financial reporting, and drive the company's financial planning.

Responsibilities :

As an Accounting Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to :

1. Overseeing and managing the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to : accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

2. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.

3. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.

4. Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting.

5. Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.

6. Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

7. Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

8. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

9. Working closely with the management team to share reports and analysis findings.

10. Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager role will have the following qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and month-end close processes.

4. Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.

5. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

6. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.

7. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

8. High attention to detail and accuracy.

9. Ability to direct and supervise.

10. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

11. Strong analytical skills and experience creating financial reports and forecasts.

12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.

13. Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation.

14. An affinity for team success, and a positive, flexible attitude.
