AP / AR Accountant

Our client is looking to fill the role of AP / AR Accountant.

• This role is hourly $18-$24 per hour depending on level of skillset and experience. Must be able to start immediately
Responsibilities :
• Sort Mail
• Assist with preparing financial reports
• Assist with reviewing operating statements / variance reports
• Assist with entering accrual and cash journal entries
• Assist with preparing expense reconciliations and preparing escalation and payable reviews
• Assist with Accounting systems, while adhering to the management and leasing agreements as well as client's policies and procedures for each property
• Expected to work closely with company's Accounting manager to ensure all reporting deadlines are met including monthly operating reports, annual budgets and escalation settlements
• Submit financial packages to client
