Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 7+ years of IT experience Hands-on experience developing test plans , test cases , and test matrices Selenium WebDriver and test frameworks : hybrid, keyword-driven, data-driven Scripting in Java for test automation Strong knowledge of SQL queries Eclipse IDE for test development Experience with Gradle or Maven for dependency management Version control with GitHub CI / CD integration tools like Jenkins API Testing with Postman Understanding of HTML , CSS , and JavaScript Experience with Selenium Grid Strong communication skills able to present test results clearly Problem-solving mindset able to write, maintain, and debug test scripts independently Works well in a collaborative Agile / Scrum environment Self-driven and adaptable to evolving project needs Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium Analyze test outcomes and report defects Collaborate with the Scrum team to refine requirements and test coverage Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Manage and maintain test environments and test data Stay up to date with industry best practices in test automation No UFT tool experience No .NET development focus Not a role for someone who only runs existing scripts must be able to create and maintain them
