INTERNAL SALES POSITION OPEN. CALLING INQUIRIES, TOURING INQUIRIES, SKYPING WITH INTERESTED FAMILIES AND POTENTIAL RESIDENTS.

WEEKEND HOURS REQUIRED. MUST HAVE A HEART FOR BEING A SENIOR ADVOCATE. CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE, AND CHALLENGE DRIVEN. BASE PLUS COMMISSION.

You will follow up on inquiries and tours, and work closely with our team to expedite all move-ins in a positive and reassuring manner.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 21+ years of age
• Ability to make outside sales calls
• Sales and marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Presents persuasively and with conviction
• Cheerful, creative personality
• Effective problem-solving, organizational, time-management and computer skills
• Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, family members, community members, volunteers and team members
• Flexibility in working evenings, nights and weekends as needed some overnight travel may be required
• Posses a valid drivers license and have access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to drive Highgate vehicles and pass driving background check
• Current or obtain CPR & First Aid certification
• Current TB test
• Health screening & finger printing (California and Arizona only)
• Negative criminal record / background statement
• Must meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing agencies
