Responsibilities
- Process all transactions for members, in person or via telephone, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and transfers.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions such as opening of new checking / savings accounts, direct deposits, ATM cards, CD / IRA / Money Markets.
- Cross-sell and promote Credit Union products and services.
Qualifications
Entry-level banking and / or retail experience with cash handling, customer service experience, strong verbal communication, and compréhension of maintaining confidentiality, privacy and professionalism as a front-line representative of the institution.
