Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Talent Acquisition Specialist | Human Resource Management | Business Partner | Recruitment Strategist

Essential Functions :

  • Design scalable data models across Salesforce and financial / operational sources; maintain a governed semantic layer and lending KPI catalog.
  • Develop robust ELT pipelines (SQL / DBT or equivalent) with testing, documentation, and version control.
  • Create high-quality Tableau dashboards covering pipeline conversion, production, credit quality, delinquency / charge-offs, DSCR / LTV distributions, and risk scoring explainers.
  • Implement data quality checks, SLAs, lineage, and access controls; reconcile analytics to finance source-of-truth.
  • Partner with Finance, Capital Markets, and Operations on KPI refinement and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering on eventing / integration to align analytical and operational data.
  • Provide training, office hours, and documentation to improve data literacy across the firm.
  • Expert SQL and data modeling; Tableau proficiency (parameters, LODs, row-level security).
  • Experience with Salesforce data structures and ingestion methods.
  • Strong stakeholder facilitation and documentation practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and technical teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to build trusting relationships internally and externally and elicit confidence by demonstrating reliability.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a cooperative and diverse environment.
  • Capacity to analyze processes, support change, and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals.
  • Python for data tasks, cohort / variance analysis.
  • Cloud data stack, Git workflows, CI / CD for analytics.
  • Credit risk or portfolio analytics experience.

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3+ years relevant experience.
