About The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our CEO. This role combines executive operations with strategic responsibilities, including Board and investor communications, meeting preparation, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is an organizational powerhouse, trusted advisor, and strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, travel, and meeting schedules, ensuring priorities are met and time is optimized.
- Serve as primary point of contact and gatekeeper for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, presentations, board materials, investor updates, and other executive-level communications.
- Ensure CEO is fully prepared for meetings through pre-reads, briefing documents, talking points, and follow-up tracking.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, supporting business priorities, follow-up actions, and company-level OKRs.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between the ELT, project leads, and external stakeholders to drive execution.
- Support internal communications from the CEO to employees, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement.
- Lead logistics, content development, and follow-up for Board of Directors meetings, investor relations activities, and external conferences.
- Drive select strategic and operational projects on behalf of the CEO, including process improvements and special initiatives.
- Manage key external relationships with investors, advisors, and partners, ensuring timely updates and professional engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA a plus.7+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level strategic support role, ideally in biotech, healthcare, or technology sectors.Proven experience managing Board of Directors prep, investor communications, and executive-level presentations.Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution.Professional discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
