Description : Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a rewarding school-based position for the upcoming academic year.

Responsibilities :
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to determine students needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students academic and functional success
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
