About the Role

Join Workday and shape the very future of work! We're searching for a passionate and experienced communicator to join our dynamic team and to help shape the Workday story for our employees and external audiences on our biggest stages.

The primary focus for this role will be leading the development of compelling keynote segments for our six primary company events throughout the year. You'll work closely with our executives to craft messages that truly resonate with diverse internal and external global audiences. You'll also be a key partner in helping to evolve and update Workday's corporate narrative to ensure our core story is consistently and effectively communicated.

Responsibilities

• Lead Keynote Content Development : Develop compelling and easy-to-understand keynote content for Workday's most strategic corporate events.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate seamlessly with marketing teams - Events, Thought Leadership, Production, PR, and Product Marketing - ensuring all keynote content is engaging, consistent, and on-message.
• Shape Visual Storytelling : Guide our design team in creating powerful visuals and slides that elevate keynotes and captivate audiences.
• Provide Strategic Communications Counsel : Offer guidance to senior executives on messaging, tone, and presentation delivery, helping them shine on stage.
• Refine Workday's Voice : Contribute significantly to evolving Workday's Corporate Narrative, using creativity and engaging communication to help the Workday story connect with our global audiences.
• Cultivate Trusted Partnerships : Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior executives and their teams, becoming a trusted communications advisor and strategic business partner.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range : $140,400 USD - $210,600 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range : $118,600 USD - $210,600 USD
