Bilingual Property Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Property Manager with 4 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp opportunity within the nonprofit space, located in NY, NY.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Oversee leasing activities, including marketing units, conducting tours, processing applications, and managing renewals.

Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs, working with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.

Monitor property expenses and revenue, prepare budgets, and provide regular financial reports to ownership.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Supervise on-site staff, providing training, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates and minimize turnover through effective marketing and retention efforts.

Qualifications :

Proficient with MS Office and Yardi

Bilingual Spanish is required

Experience :

4-7 years of experience in a Property Management role

Employment Type : Temp

Work Site : On- Site

Hourly Rate : $25-35 / hr

Pay Details : $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
