• Collaborating with IT leaders and the Finance organization to analyze monthly financial variances and identify main drivers.
• Developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with a focus on building financial models.
• Managing, monitoring, and analyzing IT costs, including hardware, software, personnel, third-party labor, and other expenditures to align with business needs and budgets.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize IT spending and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Working with the IT Cost Transparency team to organize expenses into cost pools and develop a bill of IT and service costing models.
• Monitoring and reporting on financial performance metrics and KPIs, driving them to optimal levels with IT leadership.
• Partnering with the Portfolio Management team to cost projects, evaluate ongoing costs, and measure ROI.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for IT and business stakeholders.
• Supporting business cases for IT investments through financial analysis and modeling.
• Staying informed on industry best practices in IT financial management and fostering continuous improvement.
• Contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
