Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineers and Sales Engineering Leaders across AMS

Source candidates and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted campaigns

Collaborate with Sales Engineering Leaders to forecast demand and advise on hiring processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years in sales roles

Proven success in sourcing and converting passive candidates

Track record of meeting goals for quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance

Proficiency in structured interview techniques and complex offer negotiation

Experience managing multiple concurrent searches effectively
