VisAvis Co is a growing marketing and events firm that believes in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who loves connecting with people, solving problems, and bringing positive energy to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Be the first point of contact for clients, in person, by phone, and by email.

  • Answer questions, process requests, and ensure every customer feels valued.
  • Support marketing and event projects by coordinating communication between teams and clients.
  • Handle data entry, account updates, and scheduling with accuracy and care.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service and quick solutions.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (some college a plus).
  • Previous customer service, retail, or office experience preferred.
  • Friendly personality with strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
