Job descriptionRepresent the company by serving as our direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality. Maintain customer satisfaction by listening to concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers on resolutions. Communicate with building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and field support staff. Understanding contract clauses, knowledge and risk mitigation of construction contract content language, validating project scope / cost / schedule, managing project compliance, project documentation, project safety guidelines, development and maintenance on project schedules, participating in pre-bid validation meetings, holding internal meetings, and establishing customer expectations. Managing project budgets, project schedules, and delivering to scopes, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Managing the accuracy of forecasted cost at completion and controlling expenses by monitoring assigned project budget.
Insight Global is seeking a Controls Project Manager for one of our clients in North Phoenix, AZ!
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per VCSS’s vehicle policy, allows the individual to drive a company vehicle.
- Ability to use Windows applications primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of refrigeration machinery, tools and their application.
