Overview
Large and expanding agronomy operation is looking for an experienced ag manager to lead a top producing facility in west central Minnesota!
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise operations employees, with prior or current experience in managing teams in a company or cooperative setting.
- Apply strong understanding and knowledge in agronomy operations to guide daily activities and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize experience in agronomy sales as part of operational leadership when appropriate.

Compensation & Benefits
Full benefits included along with competitive pay thats a strong base + enticing profit incentives up to and over the $100k+ range with salary + benefits, negotiable with experience.
