Care Coordination Department Manager Highlights
The pay for this position is $80-$90 per hour.
Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 5x 8-hour day shifts
40 hours guaranteed
Onsite position
This position is a full-time contract role.
Responsibilities
Oversee the Care Coordination department, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective team management.
Lead acute inpatient case management with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Manage and support staff in a union environment, fostering strong and collaborative working relationships.
Ensure adherence to perioperative standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to improve departmental performance and patient outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of Care Coordination management / operations experience
required.
Previous
acute inpatient case management leadership experience
required.
Expert knowledge of perioperative standards and compliance specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
