Gilead Community Services is seeking a responsible and experienced Second Shift Supervisor to join our Community Transitional Residence (CTR) program.

About the position :

The Second Shift Supervisor for Gilead's Meriden adult program works 40 hours : Monday-Friday 3p-11p with flexibility required providing second shift administrative and clinical oversight of the Community Transitional Residence (CTR) program. This is a 3-bed transitional program that is designed to provide clinical treatment and functional skills training tailored to the needs of adults with intellectual disabilities that are co-occurring with mental health and / or addiction treatment needs. The Second Shift Supervisor works in close consultation with the Program Director to ensure that the program produces high quality, recovery-oriented services to all clients, in accordance with agency standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services Field with 3 years' supervisory experience required, or Master's Degree with 2 years' experience.
• Prior administrative and clinical experience in the field of mental health and developmental disabilities. Experience with addictions preferred.
• Ability to manage under stressful or crisis situations. Ability to problem solve. Ability to meet deadlines and establish and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to travel to various agencies, businesses, institutions, and meet with clients in their homes, if needed.
• Able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends when necessary.
