Job descriptionHigh School diploma with 6+ years of experience. Professional experience in aerospace test engineering or related field. Experience with basic scripting and automation. Experience with environmental testing and understanding of test equipment; ability to operate with limited support. PCB design (circuit design and board layout) experience. Experience and understanding of AS9100 industry standard practices. Failure analysis experience (e.g., Ishikawa / fishbone, 5-Why). Knowledge of optics and / or optical testing is highly desired. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is highly desired. Strong written and oral communication skills. Possess strong leadership skills and a resiliently positive attitude. Basic MS Word & MS Excel competency; advanced MS Office / Office 365 skills are a plus. Mid-Senior level Full-time Engineering and Information Technology Software Development

Responsibilities
- Perform electrical testing and debugging using lab tools for PCB design and assembly, including bench supplies, scopes, logic analyzers, and related equipment.
- Support testing outside of business hours including overnight and weekends on occasion.
- Assist with environmental testing and data collection as part of qualification activities.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and failure investigations using standard methodologies and tools as needed.
