RCM Operations Associate

A company is looking for an RCM Operations Associate to support its revenue cycle management function.

Key Responsibilities

Bulk action claims and perform root-cause analysis on high-volume denials, rejections, and delays

Analyze billing and claims data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Collaborate with the Director of RCM to prioritize and optimize billing and claims workflows

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations or healthcare operations

Familiarity with mental health and telehealth billing practices

Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including billing and denial management

Deep knowledge of medical billing workflows and payer requirements

Strong analytical skills to identify trends and implement process improvements
