Engineering Project Manager
Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager with excellent problem solving and communication skills to join the Submarine Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Team in Manassas, VA. As an EPM, you will lead the team in integrating and optimizing C5I systems across all submarine platforms, ensuring the delivery of a robust and reliable combat system to the Submarine Force. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the technical operations interface with SE&I program leadership and the SUB-S / PMS450 / PMS397 customer
- Represent program interests across various System Integration Teams and Integrated Product Teams, and resolve multi-stakeholder issues
- Facilitate communication and foster collaboration across a federated system-of-systems environment
- Ensure alignment of customer objectives with team priorities and broader delegation of tasking among cross-functional teams
- Provide oversight and coordination of processes and tools to drive synergies, increase efficiency, and improve status tracking / reporting
- Manage short and long-term schedules for Systems Engineering and Integration & Test activities
- Oversee the daily execution of operational activities to include technical meetings, system integration efforts, test planning and execution, and review of products / results
- Identify, assess, and work to mitigate risks associated with customer / program objectives
- Oversee program milestones to guarantee on-time, accurate fulfillment of customer requirements and deliverables
Location : Working full-time onsite at Lockheed Martin in Manassas, VA.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) from an accredited institution; or 5+ years of comparable professional experienceMust be a U.S. citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearanceDemonstrated leadership experience across multidisciplinary teamsDemonstrated experience in systems engineering and integration / test, with proven problem-solving abilities to develop technical solutions for large-scale, complex projectsExperience with submarine combat systems or similar Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) systemsExperience working on teams in a geographically dispersed and virtual environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of technical and interpersonal competencyStrong organizational skillsDesired Qualifications :
