ProSidian Seeks a Program Manager | Program Manager (NDI1) [Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 541611] located : CONUS - Washington, DC to Provide Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector related Risk Management Solutions for Technical Assistance to Support Design Engineering Inspections Services on behalf of The U.S. NRC - HQ Acquisition Management Division (NRC) | The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). These services are considered part of the ProSidian Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Sector Group with overall focuses being Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment (EIE) Sector Group : Tailored Solutions To Meet Global Needs And Manage Resources across Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment In A Changing Environment. under NAICS Code : 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services for The The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with service(s) also characterized as Nuclear Risk Management.

Provide services and support as a Nuclear Design Inspections (Program Manager) in the Nuclear and Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. NRC - HQ Acquisition Management Division (NRC) | The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Located In CONUS - Washington, DC and across the Mid-Atlantic region Region.

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire contract and ensuring the successful execution of the project. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities related to technical support of design engineering inspections. They will be in charge of budget management, risk assessment, schedule adherence, and coordinating with the NRC. The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in this project, responsible for orchestrating the entire endeavor. This includes crafting a comprehensive strategic plan that covers budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordination is a key element of the role, as the Program Manager collaborates with multiple teams and individuals to ensure the project's seamless execution. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the NRC and other stakeholders is essential to provide regular updates on the project's progress. Additionally, this role encompasses the management of risk assessment and mitigation plans to guarantee that project goals align with safety and regulatory standards, ultimately safeguarding the integrity of the nuclear industry.

Standard Qualifications :

The Program Manager should have several (3) years of experience in managing complex technical projects, preferably in the nuclear industry. They should have strong leadership and project management skills.

Education / Experience Requirements :

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, along with proven experience in program or project management. Relevant certifications in project management would be beneficial.
