Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Location : Joliet, IL

Position Overview :

Sunny Hill Nursing Home, located at 421 Doris Ave in Joliet, IL, is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.

Times :

6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm 2 : 00 pm to 10 : 30 pm, and 10 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am shifts.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Assist in developing and implementing care plans for residents.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Adhere to facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations governing nursing care.

Qualifications :

Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.

CPR certification.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards residents and their families.

Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
