As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Monitor access points and observe activities to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other security-related concerns within the industrial facility.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders as required.

Document observations, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

At least six months of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
