DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Olathe, Kansas office. In this role, you'll support Project Managers on all aspects of projects, including shop drawings, project correspondence, and billing.

Job Responsibilities :

• Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence and billing
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Set up and maintain files on sold projects
• Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects
• Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc.
• Prepare project audits for management review at project completion
• Other responsibilities as assigned
