We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Logistics Operations to lead and optimize our supply chain and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics management, process improvement, and team leadership to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

💼 Role : Director of Logistics Operations

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000

What You'll Do :

∙Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock to meet

demand while minimizing storage costs.

∙Identifying and implementing improvements to the supply chain, such as streamlining

processes and reducing bottlenecks.

∙Working with other departments, such as procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless

operations.

∙Analyzing data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

∙Controlling and optimizing logistics costs within the allocated budget.

∙Manage activities like purchasing, delivery, inventory, and storage, and are responsible

for coordinating deliveries, and managing operations.

∙responsible for procuring the highest quality goods and services at the best possible

prices for an organization.

∙Building and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure quality and service.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : ​

∙ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.

∙Candidate must have 5 years applicable experience; preferably in hotel / casino industry

and must possess a sound knowledge of purchasing principles and practices and Food and

Beverage experience.

∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

∙Excellent communication and negotiation skills

∙Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

∙Knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and related software

∙Leadership and team management skills

∙Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements

∙ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

∙Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

∙May require travel.
