- Assistscustomers by taking calls accurately recording incidents providingresolution over the phone and through remote assistance triagingand escalating issues on time.
- Installsconfigures maintains and troubleshoots computer equipment andsoftware.
- Analyzesincidents and develops recommendations for eliminating reoccurringincidents.
- Developsdocumentation for procedures methods andresolutions.
- Providestraining for end users on desktop software in oneonone or groupsettings.
- Participatesin desktop management by assisting in the development deploymentand testing of software packages computer images and patchmanagement.
- Recommendsnew methods and procedures forsupport.
- Helpssupport an equitable safe diverse and inclusiveworkplace.
- Performsother related functions asassigned.
