Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead process simplification and standardization within the finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with finance team to simplify and standardize accounting processes and procedures

Lead efforts to establish best practices and create training documents for new processes

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP S / 4 Hana and support manufacturing finance team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CMA, CPA) are a plus

5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting

Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S / 4 Hana

Prior team leadership experience preferred

Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to implement best practices
