Senior Project Accountant Location : Lewisville, TX (Onsite) Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Compensation : $95K+ BOE Duration : Full-Time | Direct Hire About the Company A well-established commercial construction firm with a diverse portfolio across general contracting, electrical infrastructure, and telecommunications. Position Overview The Senior Project Accountant will oversee project-level financials, ensuring accurate billing, job cost tracking, and compliance with accounting standards. This position requires collaboration with project managers, attention to detail, and a strong ability to identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of project accounting experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of project invoicing, job cost accounting, WIP reporting, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. Proven track record of identifying and executing process improvements.
