Your Role at Our Manufacturing Facility

Position : Senior Injection Mold Technician

Location : Houston, TX

Your role as a Senior Injection Mold Technician will be pivotal in maintaining our production efficacy by diagnosing issues and conducting repairs on intricate injection molds.

• Precision Work : Ensure precision maintenance of molds within our production settings.
• Maintenance and Repair : Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and necessary modifications.
• Documentation : Accumulate, document, and report technical results.
• Operate Equipment : Utilize a wide array of tool-room machinery including CNC, EDM, and manual operations.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose, clean, and solve issues related to Molding Tools and monitor production efficiency.
• Technical Evaluation : Review new methodologies, engineering specifications, and execute detailed set-ups.
• Lead & Monitor : Oversee assignments and support further problem isolation.

Required skills include adept troubleshooting, preventive interventions, and setup expertise in Tool / Die / Mold environments. Technologies you’ll engage with : CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis).
