What Youll Do :

  • Lead financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and valuations for acquisitions and development opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support negotiations on debt / equity terms, JV structures, and waterfall modeling.
  • Monitor asset performance, prepare investment reports, and identify opportunities to maximize returns.
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics to drive smarter, more efficient decision-making.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • 4+ years in real estate development / investments, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Advanced Excel & financial modeling expertise.
  • Strong communicator with an outgoing, collaborative personality.
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters or CFA / CAIA a plus.
  • Knowledge of Argus, BI tools, or AI applications in finance is a strong advantage.
