Support Policyholder Benefits

Build a meaningful career from home helping families understand and manage their life and supplemental insurance benefits. We're hiring detail-oriented, people-focused professionals to join our fully remote support team.

What You'll Do

  • Support policyholders virtually : Answer questions about coverage, premiums, claims, and policy features.
  • Handle service updates : Process beneficiary changes, address updates, payment methods, and other routine requests in our CRM.
  • Coordinate appointments : Schedule Zoom consultations and follow-ups with licensed agents; confirm attendance and send reminders.
  • Document accurately : Maintain clear, up-to-date digital records and case notes; follow compliance and privacy standards.
  • Communicate with care : Engage clients by phone, email, and Zoom with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

What You Bring

  • Excellent communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-comfortable : Able to navigate CRMs, email, calendars, and video platforms.
  • Reliable & organized : Strong attention to detail and time management in a remote setting.
  • Team-minded self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Experience in customer service, insurance, or admin support is a plus (not required).
