The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for driving volume and profit growth using a balanced approach of new business and account management for existing clients within the territory. Maintaining and developing customer relationships through meeting sales targets / customers, prospecting new busines and creating demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

New Business Development :

• Responsible for aggressively developing pipeline of new business focused on stocking dealers and projects
• Create pull through for dealer customers by working with their builder / contractor customers
• Introduce new products and complementary products to existing and new customers
• Develop and carry out strategies to increase market share of our products with new and existing customers
• Execute and implement company promotions and programs
• Prospect and develop new business targets / opportunities
