  • 12 Locations around the greater Dayton, Ohio area

  • 45 Total Physicians - Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics
  • 15 Other Pediatricians on staff
  • Over 25 years in business
  • Tight knit, Family oriented group looking for physicians that can contribute to the common goal

Benefits and Features : Pediatrician

  • Base Salary : $200K - $235000.00
  • Student loan repayment
  • Sign on bonus

  • Eligibility for full partnership in year 3
  • Four-day work week
  • Three weeks of PTO, One Week of Sick, One Week of CME

    • Your Role with the Group : Pediatrician

  • Full-time position - Pediatrician
  • Location : Dayton, OH
  • Outpatient Pediatrics - Evaluations, Sick Visits, Developmental Check Ups, Etc
  • Four Day Work Week
  • No hospital visits
  • 20-25 patients per day - NP / PA Assistance with Patient Volume
  • 2-3 Other Pediatricians on site
  • Group emphasizes quality over volume
  • Attend and participate in meetings and organization initiatives
  • Shared call between multiple providers. Phone only with nurse line taking first call. 3-4 weeks avg / yr

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrics
  • Ability to hold an Ohio medical license
