Vector Fleet Management, an Amerit Fleet Solutions Company, is an American based, privately held company that has been in the fleet maintenance business for over 30 years. Vector Fleet provides onsite, customized fleet maintenance solutions for clients in numerous states across the U.S. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, we manage multiple satellite operations at various contract sites across the country. We are currently seeking a Director of Operations in California. The Director of Operations will supervise Vector contract managers in support of client contract compliance. This responsibility involves ensuring contract compliance, pricing integrity, team productivity, training programs, and safety. This position will oversee fleet maintenance and parts management contracts. This position is based remotely, depending on territory of contracts.

Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. In addition to interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

This is a remote-based position with a strong preference for candidates residing between Texas to California.

Compensation : Competitive salary pay paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range : $125,000-150,000 annually plus additional bonus incentive.
