Job description
Leading website design and conversion rate optimization efforts, the full-time Senior Web Designer will create digital experiences to enhance customer acquisition and free-to-paid conversion for churches, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and execute the conversion rate optimization (CRO) program, developing a roadmap of experiments based on analytics and user research Design responsive web pages and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across branding and user experience Analyze website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics 4, implementing tracking and identifying optimization opportunities Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in designing and optimizing marketing websites for SaaS or B2B organizations Proven success in improving conversion rates through experimentation, with a portfolio showcasing measurable results Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking Advanced skills in Figma, including design systems and responsive design Experience building marketing pages in Webflow or similar CMS platforms
