Quality Plus Services (QPS) is a respected design-build construction and engineering company known for delivering high-quality industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage mechanical projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projectsensuring timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met.
• Coordinate with clients to determine scope, objectives, and performance requirements.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee the design, layout, and installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and fire protection.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Review and manage project documentation : contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and reports.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership with regular updates.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure adherence to industry codes and company standards (ASME, ASHRAE, OSHA, etc.).
