College Co-op Corporate Accounting Analyst (VB)

The Corporate Accounting Shared Services team is responsible for gathering, recording, analyzing, and interpreting financial information to support decision-making. The department ensures the accuracy of financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and provides leadership with insights to support strategic planning and business development.

As a Corporate Accounting Analyst Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience in core accounting functions. Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) :

• Processing journal entries
• Performing account reconciliations
• Supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Assisting with financial analysis and reporting

Required Skills :

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to stay focused and follow through on tasks

Effective time management and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Comfort communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization

Completion of 23 accounting courses

Experience with data entry

Accepted Majors :

Accounting

Finance

Minimum GPA : 3.5 or higher
