Project Manager Standalone Services (Solar)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager Standalone Services to lead solar service projects including DC remediation, wire management, QA / QC inspections, module washing, and corrective work. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial oversight, scheduling expertise, and operational coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PO-based and contracted solar service projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Track budgets vs. actuals daily and optimize resource allocation for efficiency and profitability.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating workforce and materials.
• Maintain clear communication with field teams and customers to ensure deliverables are met.
• Act as the primary operational contact for customers.
• Deliver daily progress reports and collaborate with account managers to align expectations.
• Oversee full project mobilization and demobilization.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and workforce to meet deadlines.
• Ensure QA / QC compliance and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Uphold safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct inspections and implement continuous improvement measures.

Pay Details : $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
