As the Magnet Program Manager within the Center for Nursing Excellence, you will bring a passion for nursing excellence, professional development, and inter-professional collaboration to this highly visible role. Based in Westwood, and supporting the entire UCLA Health system, you will partner with executive nursing leadership, Magnet team members, and colleagues across several disciplines to champion Magnet designation and re-designation efforts.

This is a unique opportunity for a clinical leader with a passion for mentoring, guiding, and inspiring nurses to engage in structures and processes that showcase their expertise. You will serve as an internal expert on Magnet standards and requirements, while fostering innovation, professional practice, and performance improvement that ensures UCLA Health continues to set the benchmark for patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Salary range : $128,500 - $298,100 annually
