JOB DETAILS :

• Lead initial and advanced sales training programs for field sales teams
• Partner with leadership to design and deliver impactful training content, including national meetings and product launches
• Base salary - up to $150K
• Bonus is 16% of base salary
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Operations, Market Access, Compliance, and HR
• Introduce innovative learning techniques and platforms to boost sales performance
• Mentor and develop field trainers; support leadership development initiatives
• Track and measure the impact of training through defined metrics and outcomes
• Drive brand success by creating training aligned with strategic goals, market access, and specialty product launches
