An international technology company is seeking a bilingual Japanese assistant in the Global Mobility area for the General Affairs Department located in Albany, NY.
The primary responsibilities include :
- Providing clerical support to senior members of the HR team during the onboarding process for new expatriate employees.
- Assisting expatriate employees who have difficulties or questions regarding payroll, medical insurance, and other benefits.
- Providing car services for senior employees arriving from abroad at the airport.
- Handling other assignments from management.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, both oral and written.1-3 years of work experience in a supportive role or as a service provider, preferably in an organized environment.Willingness to support foreign employees who are not familiar with local customs.A US driver's license and the ability to drive.Benefits : Good Benefit
