We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategy & Operations to lead critical business operations across our Advertising, Healthcare & Enterprise divisions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational excellence, overseeing revenue operations, sales enablement, data analytics, and cross-functional coordination that drives business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee monthly billing operations including manual invoicing for Lyft Ads
- Execute customer rebates and custom pricing billing for Lyft Business operations
- Enable the team to drive monthly book closing processes and quarterly close
- Coordinate revenue forecasting and pipeline management with Sales and Finance teams
- Support annual planning processes and indirect OpEx management
Sales Operations & Enablement
Provide front-line sales support including deal desk operations, quote approvals, and custom deal structuringLead sales enablement initiatives including training development, onboarding programs, and collateral managementCoordinate the operational aspects of new product launches including IO terms, SFDC processing, and commission structuresManage sales compensation including attainment calculations, commission accruals, and quarterly true-upsDesign and implement sales compensation strategies, incentive programs, and quota-setting processesTechnology & Systems Management
Oversee Salesforce administration including lead-to-order processes and system integrationsManage integration projects and ongoing maintenance of multiple systems including OMS, Ad Server, Billing Platforms & ERPLead automation and transformation projects for sales motion processingCoordinate with CEIT teams to convert business requirements into functional specificationsStrategy & Cross-Functional Leadership
Consolidate input from leadership to develop a weekly status report for the EVP & CEOLead quarterly business reviews (QBR) planning and executionCoordinate Annual Planning tasks / deliverables across business unitsOrchestrate biweekly cross-functional meetings and strategic alignment sessionsSupport HCA and LE Sales teams with strategic initiatives and operational supportRequired Qualifications :
Experience & Background
10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or revenue operations roles5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and initiativesProven track record in high-growth technology companies, preferably in advertising or marketplace businessesExperience with complex billing, commission structures, and revenue recognition processesTechnical Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce administration and customizationExperience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, MODE)Familiarity with advertising technology stack and programmatic advertisingStrong Excel / Google Sheets modeling and automation skillsForward thinking about AI, Tooling, systems / process capable of aggressive innovationCore Competencies

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco or New York area is $192,000 - $240,000.
