Our client, an electric vehicle manufacturing company, is looking for a Purchasing Analyst to join their team in Palo Alto, CA! This is a 2-month initial contract with the possibility to extend or convert. This role follows a hybrid schedule so local candidates are required.
The Electrical Engineering Hardware team is seeking a proactive Purchasing Analyst to support the organization with purchasing activity for equipment and in-direct needs and will be responsible for managing PR / PO lifecycle, track and manage orders and landing of deliverables, and prepare reports that will be used by engineering, purchasing, and finance stakeholders to assess operational readiness and risks to meet program milestones.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while effectively prioritizing competing demands,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google productivity suite with strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Effective communication skills and customer service / team approach
- Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong organization skills with high attention to details and data accuracy
