A company is looking for an AVP Sales Enablement Excellence to lead a high-performing team in equipping sales and account management teams with insights, tools, and strategies for growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic opportunity analytics to identify new market entry points and growth initiatives
Oversee development of sales performance dashboards and reporting tools for visibility into pipeline health and team effectiveness
Drive annual business planning in partnership with market General Managers, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
12 years of work experience in sales, sales enablement, consulting, or account management, including 2 years with PBM or managed care organizations
8 years of leadership / people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
