Villatel Orlando Resort is on the hunt for outgoing, quick-shaking, and guest-loving Bartenders to bring the energy (and the cocktails!) to our vibrant Pool Bar & Grill . If you're the kind of person who can mix a perfect mojito, remember a regular's name, and keep the vibe high even when the bar's buzzing-you'll fit right in.

This is more than just making drinks-it's about creating unforgettable poolside moments in paradise. You'll be the life of the bar, serving up everything from ice-cold classics to resort-worthy signature cocktails with a splash of personality.

🍸 What You'll Be Doing :

Mix and serve drinks that make guests say, "Wow!"-from craft cocktails to frozen favorites.

Provide fast, friendly, and unforgettable service with every pour.

Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and running smooth-even during the midday rush or sunset surge.

Engage with guests, answer questions, and help create that "vacation magic" Villatel is known for.

Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency (yes, even when you've got 6 daiquiris in the blender).

Know your menu-offer recommendations, upsell like a pro, and make every order feel personal.

🍍 What You Bring to the Bar :

Previous bartending experience (bonus points for resort or poolside bar background).

Knowledge of classic cocktails, trendy sips, and drink-making techniques.

A vibrant, outgoing personality and a love for hospitality.

Ability to multitask like a champ in a fast-paced, sun-soaked setting.

Must be 21+ with appropriate alcohol service certification (Florida Responsible Vendor Program or similar).

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (because vacation vibes never sleep!).
