About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Oregon. Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive care in Family Medicine and Urgent Care settingsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for patients of all agesConduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plansDeliver patient education on preventive care and disease managementDocument all patient interactions and clinical findings using Nextgen EMRCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient careSupport tribal health initiatives and culturally informed care practicesAdditional Information
