Job description$18.00 – $20.00 / hour Job Duties : Greet and welcome all incoming customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner—creating a positive first impression and helping set the tone for an exceptional experience. Provide excellent front-line customer service by directing customers to the appropriate team member or department with confidence and care. Promptly and professionally answer incoming phone calls, ensuring accurate information is provided or calls are routed appropriately. Support the coordination and check-in process of all incoming new vehicles, working closely with both sales and service departments. Complete associated paperwork and input vehicle information accurately into our system. Serve as a helpful administrative resource for the entire Wilkins RV team—keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to warmly and professionally interact with customers and colleagues. Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized with a customer-first mindset. Capable of effectively handling multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Saturday and Evening availability #1 RV Dealer in New York Wilkins RV facilities are centrally located and proudly serve the cities of Bath, Elmira, Corning, Churchville, Olean, Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, New York, and Northern Pennsylvania.
