Position Overview :
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal and customer quality standards through the development, implementation, and enforcement of quality processes. This role leads site-level quality systems, drives continuous improvement, and supports the resolution of non-conformances. The Quality Manager plays a key role in maintaining audit readiness, customer satisfaction, and process control across production sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee product quality processes and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Lead internal quality audits and coordinate corrective actions in response to audit findings.
- Manage quality documentation, SOPs, and records in alignment with the corporate QESH system.
- Analyze product defects and non-conformances, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective / preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Collaborate with Production, Tech Services, and QC to align testing protocols and quality criteria.
- Support training for site personnel on quality procedures, customer specs, and issue reporting.
- Review and approve batch records, raw material specs, and final product certifications.
- Participate in customer complaint investigations and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain audit readiness and full compliance with internal / external quality requirements.
- Consistently reduce product defects and rework incidents across assigned sites.
- Ensure timely completion of all root cause investigations and CAPA actions.
- Improve quality performance metrics (e.g., first-pass yield, customer complaints) within 12 months.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related technical field (required).Quality certification (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred.Required Experience :
5–7 years of quality assurance or quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and root cause analysis tools.Hands-on experience with documentation systems, audit protocols, and product specifications.Effective communicator with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to quality improvement.J-18808-Ljbffr
